Article 2: Agreement and Orders
2.1 When you place your order, the agreement becomes binding. Until that time, Casa Juna is the owner of the product.
2.2 If the product is out of stock, we will notify you. Once you have ordered the product, we will send an email confirming the purchase.
2.3 All products are handmade and therefore may vary. You may always return products, but this may not be a reason to file a claim.
Article 3: Payment and payment methods
3.1: All prices on the website include VAT, but exclude taxes.
3.2: You can pay online with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or PayPal
3.3: Should an incorrect price appear on the website, we reserve the right to adjust this price. Even if you have ordered this item.
Article 4: Deliveries
4.1 Casa Juna uses multiple parcel services such as DHL and Post NL.
4.2 Casa Juna strives to deliver your product as quickly as possible. Should this not be possible for any reason, we will of course inform you.
4.3 Should the delivered item not be able to be delivered for any reason, this is not a reason to file a claim. Casa Juna will of course do everything possible to deliver the product as quickly as possible.
Article 5: Approval Period
5.1: Casa Juna naturally hopes that you are happy with your purchase. Should this not be the case, you have 14 days to return your item. Send an email to info@casajuna.nl so that we can send you a return label.
5.2: During these 14 days, the product must not have been used. The item may only have been removed from the packaging, but not used.
Article 6: Returns and exchanges
6.1: Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. If you are not satisfied with an item, it is possible to return your product within 14 days. After this, you can place a new order for the desired item.
