How can I cancel my placed order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. You can, of course, return your package once it has arrived. We can naturally do this for you as soon as possible.

I received a broken or incorrect item, what should I do?

That is, of course, extremely annoying! Send us an email info@casajuna.nl with your order number and we will arrange this for you as soon as possible.

Once you have ordered, you will receive your items within 2-3 working days

How do I return my products?

We naturally hope you are very happy with your product! However, if you wish to return it, you can do so within 14 working days. Keep the original packaging so you can return it if necessary, and send an email to info@casajuna.nl. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. We do not accept damaged items; these will be returned to the sender. Once the return has been processed, the money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Can I also exchange items at Casa Juna?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible! You can of course return an item and order your desired item at www.casajuna.com
